Server rules
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These rules apply to CanadianPrac's Minecraft servers and, where relevant, CanadianPrac-operated community spaces. By playing on CanadianPrac, you agree to follow these rules. Staff may issue warnings, mutes, restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement depending on the circumstances and severity of an offence.
1. Respect Other Players
Treat other players and staff with reasonable respect. The following are not permitted:
- targeted harassment;
- excessive toxicity directed at another player;
- threats of real-world harm;
- discriminatory or hateful conduct;
- encouraging self-harm;
- sexual harassment;
- deliberately disturbing or repeatedly targeting another player after being asked to stop; or
- other conduct intended primarily to intimidate, threaten, or seriously harass another person.
Normal competitive banter and disagreements are permitted as long as they do not cross into serious or repeated harassment.
2. No Doxxing or Personal Information
Do not share, threaten to share, solicit, or attempt to obtain another person's private or identifying information without permission. This includes information such as:
- home addresses;
- private phone numbers;
- private email addresses;
- IP addresses;
- passwords or authentication information;
- private photographs;
- school or workplace information;
- financial information; or
- other non-public personal information.
Threatening to dox another player may be treated the same as actually doing so.
3. No Cheating
Do not use cheats, modifications, external tools, exploits, or other methods that provide an unfair gameplay advantage. This includes, where applicable:
- combat cheats;
- movement cheats;
- automation that provides an unfair advantage;
- unauthorized macros;
- packet manipulation;
- unfair information or rendering modifications;
- intentionally abusing client or server bugs; and
- attempting to bypass CanadianPrac's anti-cheat or other security systems.
CanadianPrac maintains a separate list of specifically Allowed, Disallowed, and Use at Your Own Risk client modifications. Players are responsible for ensuring that the modifications they use comply with the current Mod classifications.
4. No Exploit Abuse
If you discover a bug, exploit, duplication issue, permission mistake, or other unintended server behaviour, do not intentionally abuse it.
Report serious vulnerabilities privately through official Support. Using an exploit repeatedly, sharing instructions for abusing it, or using it to obtain an advantage may result in enforcement even if the exploit was technically possible through normal gameplay.
Good-faith testing or reporting of an issue will be considered separately from malicious exploitation.
5. No Ban or Punishment Evasion
Do not use alternate accounts, VPNs, proxies, changed IP addresses, or other methods for the purpose of evading an active CanadianPrac restriction.
Players may not knowingly provide accounts to another person for the purpose of evading a punishment. Accounts reasonably connected to deliberate ban evasion may also be restricted.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity occurring through your Minecraft account. Claims that another person used your account do not automatically reverse an enforcement action.
Do not intentionally share accounts for the purpose of:
- bypassing restrictions;
- impersonating another player;
- manipulating rankings or statistics;
- evading purchase restrictions; or
- otherwise circumventing CanadianPrac systems.
Staff may consider credible evidence of account compromise when reviewing a case.
7. No Impersonation
Do not impersonate CanadianPrac staff, another player, another server or organization, a content creator for deceptive purposes, or any person in a way intended to defraud, mislead, or harm others.
Usernames, prefixes, nicknames, skins, and other cosmetic features must not be used deceptively.
8. Appropriate Usernames, Skins, Prefixes, and Content
User-created or user-selected content must not contain material that CanadianPrac reasonably considers hateful, explicitly sexual, excessively graphic, threatening, fraudulent, designed to impersonate staff, or otherwise inappropriate for the server.
CanadianPrac may remove custom prefixes or other user-generated cosmetics that violate these rules. Where a purchased custom cosmetic is removed for a rule violation, the applicable purchase and refund policies will apply.
9. Chat and Spam
Do not intentionally disrupt chat or other communication systems. This may include:
- repeated spam;
- excessive message flooding;
- disruptive character spam;
- malicious links;
- repeated unsolicited advertising;
- scam messages;
- intentionally misleading links; or
- abuse of mentions, broadcasts, or other messaging systems.
Reasonable conversation, links, and community discussion are permitted unless otherwise restricted.
10. Advertising
Do not use CanadianPrac primarily to advertise unrelated Minecraft servers, commercial services, malicious websites, scams, or competing communities without permission.
Casual discussion of other servers or communities is not automatically considered advertising.
11. Competitive Integrity
Do not intentionally manipulate competitive systems. Examples may include:
- boosting;
- win trading;
- intentionally arranging false matches or results;
- stat manipulation;
- abusing alternate accounts to influence rankings;
- colluding to improperly obtain a rank, tier, placement, or reward; or
- deliberately falsifying competitive results.
Attempting or conspiring to manipulate competitive results may result in enforcement even if the attempt is unsuccessful.
12. Security and Network Abuse
Do not attack, disrupt, probe, or intentionally interfere with CanadianPrac infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes:
- denial-of-service attacks;
- unauthorized vulnerability exploitation;
- malicious traffic generation;
- credential attacks;
- attempts to compromise staff or player accounts;
- distributing malware;
- unauthorized access attempts; or
- deliberately interfering with server, proxy, bot, website, or network operation.
Good-faith security reports should be submitted privately through official Support.
13. Staff Instructions
Players must comply with reasonable staff instructions relating to server safety, moderation, investigations, or enforcement.
Staff may ask a player to stop specific behaviour while determining whether it violates a rule. Impersonating staff instructions or intentionally interfering with an active staff investigation is prohibited.
14. Evidence and Investigations
CanadianPrac staff may consider relevant server logs, anti-cheat information, recordings, screenshots, player reports, transaction records, and other reasonably reliable evidence when investigating rule violations.
No single type of evidence is automatically required in every case. Fabricated or deliberately altered evidence may itself result in enforcement.
15. Reports, Appeals, and Support
Player reports, punishment appeals, purchase problems, technical support, privacy requests, security reports, and other official support requests are handled exclusively through the official CanadianPrac Discord server.
Support requests sent through staff direct messages, social media, in-game chat, or other unofficial methods are not considered official support requests and may not be reviewed.
Players are expected to provide truthful and reasonably complete information when submitting a report or appeal. Abusing the report or appeal system may result in restrictions.
16. Payments and Chargebacks
Purchases, refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks are governed by CanadianPrac's separate Refund Policy and applicable payment-provider terms.
Do not knowingly abuse CanadianPrac's payment, refund, gifting, or redemption systems.
17. Enforcement
CanadianPrac may consider factors including severity, intent, prior history, repetition, impact on other users, cooperation during an investigation, and attempts to evade enforcement.
Not every violation will receive the same punishment. Serious conduct may result in an immediate permanent restriction without prior warnings.
18. Staff Discretion
These rules cannot anticipate every form of harmful, abusive, or exploitative conduct.
CanadianPrac staff may take reasonable action against conduct that clearly undermines server safety, competitive integrity, security, or the community even where the exact conduct is not expressly listed above.
Staff discretion should be exercised reasonably and consistently and does not override rights that users may have under applicable law.
19. Rule Changes
CanadianPrac may update these rules as the server develops. Players are responsible for following the current version of the rules published by CanadianPrac.
Material changes will generally apply going forward rather than retroactively, except where immediate changes are reasonably necessary for security or safety.
Mod classifications
This is CanadianPrac's current mod clarification ruleset. Use the classification shown for the specific mod or client listed below. Any mod not listed here is classified as Use at Your Own Risk.

Custom Chat and TAB/nametag prefixes are limited to 3 visible characters. Management reserves the right to remove a custom prefix without refund if it contains anything deemed inappropriate.
Unused Chat Prefix, TAB/nametag Prefix, Event, and Special Event Tokens may be gifted to other players. Once a custom prefix token is redeemed, the created prefix is saved to the purchaser's matching Chat or TAB prefix inventory and is not itself transferable.
Monthly and Permanent Supporter both include /trims, /rename, and 1 Event Token per month. Monthly Supporter renews monthly; Permanent Supporter is a one-time purchase.
Refunds, failed delivery, payment disputes, and chargebacks are governed by the Refund Policy below.
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CanadianPrac, including its Minecraft servers, website, community services, digital products, and related services.
CanadianPrac is operated from London, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using CanadianPrac, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use CanadianPrac.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You may use CanadianPrac only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and the terms governing the platforms and services you use to access CanadianPrac.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to enter into any purchase or other agreement you make through CanadianPrac.
2. Your Minecraft Account
You are responsible for your Minecraft account and for activity occurring through it. You must not use CanadianPrac through an account that you are not authorized to use.
CanadianPrac may associate server activity, purchases, punishments, settings, and other service information with your Minecraft username or UUID.
Minecraft usernames may change. Where technically possible, CanadianPrac may use UUIDs or other persistent identifiers to maintain account continuity.
3. Server Rules
Use of CanadianPrac is subject to the current CanadianPrac Server Rules.
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent account bans, IP restrictions, or other reasonable enforcement.
CanadianPrac may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect players, infrastructure, competitive integrity, or the community.
4. Access to the Service
CanadianPrac does not guarantee that the server, website, Discord integrations, store, APIs, or other services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Minecraft version, free from bugs, or maintained indefinitely.
Maintenance, outages, updates, security incidents, third-party failures, or other circumstances may temporarily or permanently affect availability.
CanadianPrac may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
5. Digital Products and Purchases
CanadianPrac may offer digital products including ranks, tokens, cosmetics, account benefits, event-related products, and other virtual services.
Digital benefits:
- are intended for use within CanadianPrac;
- do not represent legal tender or stored monetary value;
- generally cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be account-specific unless gifting or transfer is expressly supported; and
- remain subject to CanadianPrac's rules and applicable law.
Purchasing a product does not exempt a user from server rules or guarantee continued access following legitimate enforcement.
6. Product Descriptions
CanadianPrac will make reasonable efforts to describe paid products accurately.
Minor changes may be made to features where reasonably necessary for balancing, technical compatibility, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or continued operation of the service.
CanadianPrac will not intentionally represent a materially different product as equivalent merely to avoid providing a remedy otherwise required by law.
7. Payments
Purchases may be processed through Tebex and its payment-processing partners.
The applicable payment provider may act as merchant or seller of record for transactions and may apply its own terms, payment requirements, fraud checks, refund procedures, tax rules, and dispute procedures.
CanadianPrac does not require or intend to directly receive full payment-card credentials through its website.
8. Refunds and Payment Disputes
All purchases are subject to CanadianPrac's separate Refund Policy.
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved under that Policy, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks and payment disputes may cause purchased benefits to be reversed and payment-related restrictions to be automatically applied as described in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
9. User-Generated Content
CanadianPrac may allow players to submit or display content such as chat messages, custom prefixes, usernames, skins, reports, support messages, or other user-provided material.
You remain responsible for content you provide. You must have any rights reasonably necessary to submit that content and must not use CanadianPrac to distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or prohibited material.
CanadianPrac may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict user-generated content where reasonably necessary to enforce its rules.
10. Intellectual Property
CanadianPrac's original branding, website content, custom graphics, server code, written materials, and other original material remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of CanadianPrac intellectual property to users.
You may not copy, sell, impersonate, or redistribute CanadianPrac proprietary material except where permission has been granted, an applicable open-source licence permits it, or applicable law otherwise allows it.
Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, Tebex, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CanadianPrac is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, or Tebex merely because their services are used or referenced.
11. Third-Party Services
CanadianPrac relies on or interacts with third-party services that may include Minecraft/Microsoft services, Discord, Tebex, Cloudflare, Minecraft profile or skin APIs, payment processors, and infrastructure or hosting providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CanadianPrac is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use CanadianPrac to violate applicable law, compromise another person's account, distribute malware, attack CanadianPrac infrastructure, commit fraud, abuse payment systems, circumvent technical restrictions, evade active punishments, exploit vulnerabilities maliciously, or substantially interfere with another person's lawful use of the service.
More detailed gameplay restrictions appear in the Server Rules.
13. Suspension and Termination
CanadianPrac may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of rule violations, fraud, security risks, payment abuse, ban evasion, harmful conduct, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
Permanent bans may remain in effect indefinitely unless successfully appealed or otherwise removed.
Termination of service access does not automatically create a right to a refund except where provided by CanadianPrac's Refund Policy or applicable law.
14. No Guarantee of Rankings, Statistics, or Progress
Unless expressly stated otherwise, gameplay statistics, rankings, tiers, leaderboards, progression, records, and similar server data are features of the service rather than guaranteed property.
CanadianPrac may correct or reset data where reasonably necessary due to bugs, exploits, cheating, database corruption, balancing changes, season resets, or technical migration.
CanadianPrac will not intentionally alter competitive results arbitrarily or deceptively.
15. Security
You must not intentionally attempt to gain unauthorized access to CanadianPrac systems or accounts.
If you discover a serious security vulnerability, report it privately through official Support rather than publicly exploiting or distributing it.
16. Disclaimer
CanadianPrac is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CanadianPrac does not guarantee that every feature will always function without interruption or that the service will be free of all bugs, exploits, latency, outages, or third-party failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, guarantee, or other protection that applicable law does not permit CanadianPrac to exclude.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CanadianPrac and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to access CanadianPrac.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies provided by mandatory consumer protection law.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your intentional unlawful conduct, fraud, malicious attacks, or infringement of another person's rights through CanadianPrac.
This section is not intended to impose liability on users beyond what is legally enforceable.
19. Privacy
CanadianPrac's handling of personal information is described in its separate Privacy Policy.
By using third-party services such as Discord or Tebex, you may also be subject to those providers' privacy practices.
20. Support and Official Communications
All CanadianPrac support is handled exclusively through the official CanadianPrac Discord server.
This includes technical support, purchase and delivery issues, refund requests, punishment appeals, player reports, privacy requests, security reports, and general account assistance.
Messages sent directly to individual staff members, through social media, in Minecraft chat, or through other unofficial methods are not considered official support requests and may not receive a response.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under the law of a user's jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
22. Changes to These Terms
CanadianPrac may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will generally apply prospectively.
The current version will be made available through the CanadianPrac website, and the "Last updated" date will be revised when appropriate.
Continued use of CanadianPrac after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the CanadianPrac Server Rules, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any specific terms clearly displayed for a particular product or service, form the general rules governing use of CanadianPrac.
Where applicable law conflicts with these documents, applicable law controls.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
CanadianPrac respects the privacy of its players and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information CanadianPrac may process when you use the CanadianPrac website, Minecraft server, store, or official support services.
CanadianPrac is operated from London, Ontario, Canada. CanadianPrac intends to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and support its services.
1. Website Privacy
CanadianPrac does not intend to operate an advertising-supported website.
CanadianPrac does not intentionally:
- display third-party behavioural advertising;
- sell personal information;
- create advertising profiles of website visitors;
- use personal information for targeted advertising; or
- require users to create a traditional CanadianPrac website account.
The website may still use limited browser storage and third-party services necessary for website and store functionality, as described below.
2. Minecraft Account Information Stored in Your Browser
The CanadianPrac website may allow you to enter a Minecraft username for store or account-related functionality.
The current website may store limited Minecraft profile information in your browser using local storage, including your Minecraft username and Minecraft UUID.
This browser storage is used to remember the Minecraft account you selected and improve website/store functionality. Local storage remains on your device unless it is cleared by you, cleared through browser settings, removed by the website's logout/reset functionality, or otherwise deleted by your browser.
CanadianPrac does not use this local storage for advertising.
3. Minecraft Profile Lookups
When you enter a Minecraft username, the website may contact third-party Minecraft profile or avatar services to verify the account or display information such as a Minecraft player head.
Information sent to those providers may include the Minecraft username or UUID being requested, ordinary technical information associated with the web request, and your IP address as ordinarily visible to a web service you contact.
Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices.
4. Information Processed When You Join the Minecraft Server
When you connect to CanadianPrac, the Minecraft server and its infrastructure may automatically process information necessary to operate and secure the service. This may include:
- Minecraft username;
- Minecraft UUID;
- IP address;
- connection and disconnection times;
- server activity;
- commands or chat recorded in ordinary server logs;
- anti-cheat or security information;
- punishment history;
- account permissions or ranks;
- gameplay statistics;
- settings;
- reports involving your account; and
- other technical information reasonably necessary to operate the server.
CanadianPrac does not intend to use this information for targeted advertising.
5. Why Server Information Is Used
CanadianPrac may use server-related information to:
- authenticate and identify Minecraft accounts;
- operate gameplay features;
- maintain ranks, permissions, balances, tokens, and settings;
- prevent cheating;
- investigate rule violations;
- prevent ban evasion;
- protect server and network security;
- detect abuse or fraud;
- respond to player reports;
- maintain server logs;
- troubleshoot technical problems; and
- enforce CanadianPrac's rules.
Information will not be used for materially unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
6. IP Addresses
CanadianPrac infrastructure may process and retain IP addresses for legitimate operational and security purposes. These purposes may include establishing network connections, detecting malicious traffic, investigating attacks, preventing fraud, identifying ban evasion, applying IP-based restrictions, and protecting CanadianPrac infrastructure and users.
Because CanadianPrac may issue permanent IP-based restrictions, information reasonably necessary to enforce such restrictions may be retained for an extended period where lawful and necessary.
CanadianPrac will not sell IP-address information or use it for advertising.
7. Purchases and Tebex
Purchases may be processed through Tebex and its payment-processing partners. Tebex may collect information necessary to process transactions under its own privacy policy and terms.
CanadianPrac may receive or process limited transaction information such as:
- Minecraft username or account identifier;
- order or transaction identifier;
- product purchased;
- purchase status;
- delivery status;
- refund status;
- chargeback or dispute status;
- transaction date; and
- other information reasonably necessary to fulfil or investigate the purchase.
CanadianPrac does not intend to directly collect or store full payment-card numbers through its website. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider.
8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud Prevention
CanadianPrac may retain information relating to refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, and suspected payment abuse where reasonably necessary to investigate transactions, reverse purchased benefits, respond to payment disputes, prevent repeated fraud or abuse, enforce payment-related restrictions, and maintain appropriate records.
Payment-related enforcement is further described in the CanadianPrac Refund Policy.
9. Discord Support
All CanadianPrac support is handled exclusively through the official CanadianPrac Discord server.
When you contact CanadianPrac Support through Discord, CanadianPrac staff may receive information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Discord username or account identifier;
- Minecraft username;
- support messages;
- screenshots;
- transaction information;
- evidence submitted for reports or appeals;
- technical information you choose to provide; and
- other information necessary to address your request.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to resolve your issue.
Discord separately processes information relating to your Discord account and use of its platform under Discord's own privacy practices.
Support requests submitted outside the official CanadianPrac Discord are not considered official support requests and may not be monitored.
10. Reports and Moderation Evidence
When a player report, punishment appeal, or moderation investigation occurs, CanadianPrac may process information such as usernames, UUIDs, chat or server logs, screenshots, video recordings submitted by users, anti-cheat information, staff notes, punishment records, and other evidence reasonably related to the investigation.
CanadianPrac may retain enforcement history where reasonably necessary to administer punishments, evaluate appeals, identify repeat violations, and prevent evasion.
11. Information You Should Not Send
CanadianPrac does not need and does not ask players to provide information such as:
- government identification numbers;
- banking passwords;
- full payment-card numbers;
- Minecraft or Microsoft passwords;
- Discord passwords;
- authentication tokens; or
- other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
CanadianPrac staff will never need your account password to provide ordinary support.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
CanadianPrac does not intend to use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.
The website may use browser technologies such as local storage for necessary functionality, including remembering the Minecraft profile selected by the user.
Third-party services used by the site may separately use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
If CanadianPrac later adds analytics, advertising, or other material tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy should be updated before or when those technologies are introduced.
13. Analytics and Advertising
CanadianPrac does not currently intend to use personal information for targeted advertising or operate third-party advertising on its website.
CanadianPrac does not sell or rent user information to advertisers.
If CanadianPrac introduces analytics beyond ordinary infrastructure/security information in the future, this Policy should be updated to explain what is collected, which provider is used, why the data is collected, how long it is retained, and what choices users have.
14. Hosting and Cloudflare
The CanadianPrac website may be hosted using Cloudflare Pages or other Cloudflare services.
As part of operating and securing websites, hosting and network providers may automatically process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps, requested pages, security signals, and network information.
This processing is controlled in part by the applicable provider and its own privacy practices. CanadianPrac does not use ordinary hosting logs for targeted advertising.
15. Other Third-Party Services
CanadianPrac may rely on third parties including Cloudflare, Tebex, Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, Minecraft profile or avatar services, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers.
These organizations may independently process information when you interact with their services. CanadianPrac does not control every aspect of a third party's processing and encourages users to review the applicable third-party privacy policies.
16. Disclosure of Information
CanadianPrac does not sell personal information.
CanadianPrac may disclose limited information where reasonably necessary:
- to service providers that help operate CanadianPrac;
- to payment providers handling a transaction or dispute;
- to investigate fraud or security incidents;
- to protect CanadianPrac, its users, or others;
- with the user's consent;
- where required by valid legal process; or
- where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
CanadianPrac will seek to limit disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
17. Data Retention
CanadianPrac intends to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, subject to technical, security, legal, and operational requirements.
Different information may have different retention periods. For example:
- temporary technical logs may be retained for relatively short periods;
- purchase records may be retained as necessary for transaction, accounting, fraud, or dispute purposes;
- punishment history may be retained to enforce server rules;
- security and ban-evasion information may be retained while restrictions remain relevant;
- permanent-ban records may require long-term retention; and
- Discord support records may remain subject to Discord and CanadianPrac's support-channel configuration.
Information that is no longer reasonably required should be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of where appropriate and legally required.
18. Security
CanadianPrac will make reasonable efforts to protect personal information under its control against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect their own Minecraft, Microsoft, Discord, and payment-provider accounts and should never share passwords or authentication tokens with CanadianPrac staff.
19. Access and Correction Requests
Where applicable law provides a right to request access to or correction of personal information held by CanadianPrac, users may submit such a request through official Support.
Privacy requests are handled exclusively through the official CanadianPrac Discord server.
CanadianPrac may need to verify that the requester is the person associated with the information before providing access or making changes.
Certain information may be withheld where permitted or required by applicable law, including information relating to another person, security-sensitive information, or information subject to another lawful exception.
20. Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of personal information through official Discord Support. CanadianPrac will consider deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, transaction records, security, active or permanent enforcement actions, dispute resolution, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.
Deletion of information necessary to maintain an account or service may make continued use of that feature impossible.
21. Children's and Minors' Information
CanadianPrac does not intentionally seek unnecessary sensitive information from minors.
Players who are minors should avoid providing personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to use the service and should obtain parental or guardian assistance for purchases or privacy requests where required by law.
22. Canadian Privacy Law
CanadianPrac intends to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable.
This Policy is intended to describe CanadianPrac's actual information-handling practices in clear language. Nothing in this Policy limits any privacy right that cannot legally be waived.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
CanadianPrac may update this Privacy Policy when its services or information practices change. The "Last updated" date will be revised when material changes are made.
If CanadianPrac later introduces material new data collection, analytics, advertising, or tracking, this Policy should be updated accordingly.
24. Contact and Privacy Questions
Questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or complaints relating to CanadianPrac's handling of personal information should be submitted through the official CanadianPrac Discord server.
CanadianPrac administration is responsible for reviewing privacy-related inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person.
CanadianPrac does not provide official support through staff direct messages, social media, or in-game chat.
Refund Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for CanadianPrac, including ranks, tokens, virtual items, services, subscriptions, and other digital or in-game benefits.
CanadianPrac is operated from London, Ontario, Canada.
1. General Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
CanadianPrac does not generally provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation because a customer:
- changes their mind;
- no longer wants or needs the purchased item or service;
- stops playing on CanadianPrac;
- is dissatisfied with a purchase after it has been properly delivered as described;
- purchased an item by mistake, except where otherwise required by law;
- entered an incorrect Minecraft username or other account information;
- is banned, muted, suspended, restricted, or otherwise disciplined for violating CanadianPrac rules;
- loses access to a purchased benefit as a result of their own conduct, account status, or violation of server rules;
- fails to use or redeem a purchased item or benefit; or
- experiences circumstances unrelated to CanadianPrac's ability to provide the purchased product or service.
Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or waives any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
2. Purchases Not Received
If a purchased item, rank, token, service, or other benefit is not received as expected, the customer must make a good-faith effort to contact CanadianPrac Support and provide CanadianPrac with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.
Customers reporting a delivery issue should provide, where available:
- their Minecraft username;
- the item or service purchased;
- the transaction or order number;
- the approximate date of purchase; and
- any other information reasonably necessary to identify and investigate the transaction.
CanadianPrac will make a reasonable effort to verify the purchase and provide the item, service, or benefit that was purchased.
A delivery problem does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund where the problem can reasonably be corrected by properly delivering the purchased item or service.
Where CanadianPrac is unable to provide the purchased item or service, a refund or other remedy will be provided where required by applicable law.
Failure to contact Support or provide information reasonably necessary to investigate a delivery issue may prevent CanadianPrac from correcting the problem. However, nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
3. Incorrect Account Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate Minecraft usernames, account details, and other information required to deliver a purchase.
If a purchase cannot be delivered because incorrect information was supplied, the customer should contact CanadianPrac Support as soon as possible.
Where reasonably possible, CanadianPrac may correct the account information and deliver the purchase to the intended account.
A refund will not normally be issued solely because incorrect information was entered by the customer unless required by applicable law.
4. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If a customer believes they were charged more than once for the same transaction or charged an incorrect amount, they should contact CanadianPrac Support so the transaction can be investigated.
Verified duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
5. Redeemed, Consumed, or Used Digital Items
Except where required by applicable law, purchases that have already been redeemed, consumed, used, transferred, gifted, activated, or otherwise applied to an account are non-refundable.
This includes, where applicable:
- ranks;
- rank subscriptions;
- chat prefix tokens;
- nametag prefix tokens;
- event tokens;
- tournament tokens;
- bundles;
- account upgrades;
- moderation-related purchases; and
- other consumable or account-based digital benefits.
Where a refund, reversal, or chargeback applies to a transaction, CanadianPrac may revoke, reverse, or remove any items or benefits delivered as part of that transaction.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
Cancelling a recurring purchase or subscription prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily entitle the customer to a refund for payments that have already been processed.
Previously processed subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for cancelling recurring purchases before the next billing date if they do not wish for the subscription to renew.
Cancellation of a subscription does not normally remove benefits already paid for until the end of the applicable paid period, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
7. Server Punishments and Enforcement
Purchasing a rank, item, token, service, or other benefit does not exempt a player from CanadianPrac's rules.
A ban, mute, suspension, restriction, or other disciplinary action does not normally entitle a customer to a refund for purchases previously made.
CanadianPrac may continue to enforce its server rules against paying customers in the same manner as other users.
Purchases may not be used to avoid or reverse disciplinary action unless the purchased product expressly provides such a service.
A player who is banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted for reasons unrelated to payment processing is not automatically entitled to a refund for unused digital goods or services.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are strongly encouraged to make a good-faith effort to contact CanadianPrac Support before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute concerning a problem that CanadianPrac can reasonably investigate or correct.
This includes issues involving:
- failure to receive a purchase;
- incorrect delivery;
- billing problems;
- account information errors;
- duplicate transactions; or
- other fulfillment-related concerns.
Automatic Action When a Dispute Is Opened
When CanadianPrac receives notice that a payment has been disputed or charged back, automated payment-protection and fraud-prevention measures may immediately:
- revoke or reverse items, ranks, tokens, services, or other benefits associated with the disputed transaction;
- permanently suspend the associated Minecraft account;
- permanently block associated IP address(es);
- restrict additional accounts reasonably believed to belong to the same customer or be used to evade the restriction; and
- record the payment dispute for future fraud-prevention purposes.
These measures may occur when the payment dispute is first opened and may therefore take effect before the payment provider has issued a final decision.
This automatic action is intended to protect CanadianPrac from situations where access to purchased benefits remains available while the underlying payment is being challenged or reversed.
Review After a Payment Dispute
After a payment dispute has been fully resolved, the affected player may contact CanadianPrac Support and request a review of any account or IP restriction resulting from the dispute.
CanadianPrac will consider the outcome and circumstances of the dispute when reviewing the restriction.
Where a dispute was legitimate, withdrawn, resolved without wrongdoing by the player, or otherwise resolved in circumstances that do not justify continued payment-related enforcement, CanadianPrac will generally consider reinstating access.
Reinstatement is not guaranteed.
CanadianPrac may maintain an account or IP restriction where there are separate reasonable grounds for doing so, including:
- suspected or confirmed fraud;
- intentionally false statements made during a payment dispute;
- knowingly disputing a legitimate and properly fulfilled purchase;
- repeated or abusive payment disputes;
- payment fraud involving multiple accounts;
- account security concerns;
- ban evasion;
- violations of CanadianPrac server rules;
- threats, harassment, or abusive conduct toward staff;
- attempts to exploit the payment or refund system; or
- other misconduct reasonably justifying continued enforcement.
CanadianPrac will not maintain or impose a restriction solely for the purpose of penalizing a customer for exercising a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, restricted, or penalized.
Outcome of the Dispute
If the disputed payment is reversed, refunded, or otherwise removed from CanadianPrac's payment records, any benefits associated with that payment may remain permanently revoked.
If CanadianPrac or its payment provider prevails in the dispute and the original payment remains valid, CanadianPrac may restore previously reversed benefits where appropriate.
Restoration may require the customer to contact Support where automatic restoration is not technically available.
Approved Refunds
Refunds requested through CanadianPrac Support and approved through the normal refund process are not treated as chargebacks.
An approved refund does not, by itself, result in:
- a chargeback-related ban;
- an IP restriction;
- an account suspension; or
- any other payment-dispute penalty.
Items or benefits associated with an approved refunded transaction may still be removed or reversed as part of the refund process.
9. Fraud and Abuse
CanadianPrac reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of its payment, refund, gifting, redemption, or account systems.
Examples may include:
- purchasing items with unauthorized payment methods;
- intentionally providing false billing or account information;
- repeatedly purchasing and disputing delivered digital goods;
- transferring or consuming purchased benefits before attempting to reverse the payment;
- using alternate accounts to evade payment-related restrictions;
- knowingly making false claims about non-delivery; or
- otherwise attempting to obtain digital goods without valid payment.
CanadianPrac may restrict access to its services where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
10. Gifts and Transfers
Where CanadianPrac permits purchased items, tokens, or benefits to be gifted or transferred to another player, the original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the recipient information is correct.
Except where required by law, a refund will not normally be provided because:
- the purchaser gifted an item to the wrong person;
- the recipient does not want the item;
- the purchaser and recipient later have a disagreement;
- the gifted item has already been redeemed; or
- the purchaser changes their mind after the transfer.
Where a gifted transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, CanadianPrac may revoke the resulting benefit from the recipient's account.
11. Refund Method
When CanadianPrac approves or is legally required to provide a refund, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method or applicable payment processor where reasonably possible.
CanadianPrac generally does not provide refunds using alternative payment methods, cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or account credit unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Processing times may depend on the payment processor, payment method, bank, or financial institution.
12. Processing Fees and Currency Differences
Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable payment processor, CanadianPrac is not responsible for differences caused by:
- currency conversion;
- exchange-rate fluctuations;
- bank fees;
- card-provider fees;
- international transaction fees; or
- similar third-party charges.
If a full refund is issued, the exact amount ultimately received by the customer may depend on the policies and exchange rates applied by their bank or payment provider.
13. Consumer Rights
CanadianPrac is operated from London, Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive, restrict, exclude, or discourage the exercise of any right or remedy that a consumer is entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or any other applicable consumer protection law.
Where applicable law gives a customer a cancellation, refund, reversal, disclosure, or other right that conflicts with this Policy, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.
Any provision of this Policy that is unenforceable under applicable law will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted, without affecting the remaining provisions.
14. Payment Processor Terms
Payments for CanadianPrac products may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Tebex and its payment-processing partners.
Customers may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's:
- terms of service;
- refund rules;
- payment policies;
- fraud-prevention rules; and
- dispute procedures.
Where the payment provider is responsible for processing or approving a refund, CanadianPrac may require the refund to be handled through that provider.
Nothing in this Policy overrides any mandatory rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
15. Changes to This Policy
CanadianPrac may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
The version of this Policy in effect at the time of a purchase may be considered when resolving a dispute relating to that purchase.
Material changes may be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this section.
16. Contacting Support
Refund requests, payment disputes, delivery problems, billing errors, and other purchase-related concerns must be submitted through the official CanadianPrac Discord server, which is CanadianPrac's exclusive official support channel.
Customers should provide enough information for CanadianPrac to identify and investigate the relevant transaction.
CanadianPrac may request reasonable evidence including:
- a transaction or order number;
- Minecraft username;
- payment date;
- purchased product;
- screenshots or other evidence of the issue;
- proof of account ownership; or
- other information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
Providing false or misleading information during a refund or payment investigation may result in denial of discretionary relief and may constitute grounds for separate account enforcement.
CanadianPrac encourages customers to contact official Discord Support before escalating a payment-related issue whenever CanadianPrac has a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Messages sent through staff direct messages, social media, in-game chat, or other unofficial methods are not considered official support requests.
