Answers to common questions about CanadianPrac, the store, and support. All official support is handled through our Discord server.
How do I join?
CanadianPrac is a Java Edition server running Minecraft 1.21.11. Add play.canadianprac.xyz to your multiplayer server list to connect.
Where is the server hosted?
The initial CanadianPrac server is hosted in Beauharnois, Québec, providing an eastern Canadian location for Québec, Ontario, and nearby players. A western Canadian region is planned as a future expansion.
How are store purchases delivered?
Checkout is processed securely through Tebex. Eligible purchases are delivered automatically in-game after payment is successfully completed.
Can I gift a token?
Yes. Unused Chat Prefix, TAB/nametag Prefix, Event, and Special Event Tokens can be gifted to another player in-game. Custom prefixes that have already been created remain with their owner.
What are the custom prefix rules?
Custom Chat and TAB/nametag prefixes are limited to 3 visible characters. Redeeming a token creates a saved prefix in the matching Chat or TAB inventory, allowing you to switch between prefixes you have created. Management reserves the right to remove inappropriate prefixes without refund.
What do event-token ping upgrades do?
Event Token functionality will become available with CanadianPrac's event system. The base Event Token and Special Event Token use the @event role, with an optional @here upgrade for +$0.99 or @everyone for +$2.99.
What does Supporter include?
Monthly and Permanent Supporter both include access to /trims, /rename, and 1 Event Token per month. Monthly Supporter renews each month; Permanent Supporter is a one-time purchase.
I bought something and didn't get it.
All purchase support is handled through Discord. Open a ticket and include your Minecraft username, Tebex transaction information, and what you purchased so staff can investigate the delivery.
